Immigration process - Separate handling for aircrew and passengers
Air Crews
We kindly require name lists along with passport numbers in advance to facilitate immigration paperwork and avoid any delays upon arrival.
Passengers
All passengers must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) no more than 3 days prior to their arrival in Thailand.
TDAC is effective from 1 May 2025 onwards.

We have flatbed trucks, forklifts and maintenance equipment available to support your mission. We proudly support your mission by arranging ground transportation including coordination for base access clearance to ensure smooth and efficient access.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
We provide reliable transportation between the airport,hotel and anywhere in thailand, operated by professional drivers. Our drivers are authorized to access the airside area, allowing for direct aircraft pick-up and drop-off.
- Additionally, we offer transportation support for exercise missions with drivers who are familiar with all requirements associated with participation in those missions.
- If you elect to arrange your own transportation, you can do so.
- Nonetheless, you will not be permitted to enter the flight line area.
